Grief Circles offer a safe, non-judgmental space to connect with others who desire to process their grief experience. At each Grief Circle, the facilitator will offer a different prompt to help guide the time of reflection and sharing, as well as introduce various healing modalities for coping with grief.

Grief Circles will take place monthly and are open to anyone experiencing any form of loss.  Sharing or participation is optional.

Grief Circles are donation based, a donation of $5-$20 is requested, pay as you are able. Pre-registration requested.
