Grief Circles offer a safe, non-judgmental space to connect with others who are experiencing hidden grief. 

At each meeting, the facilitator will offer a different prompt to help guide the time of sharing, introduce various healing modalities for coping with grief, and will close the meeting with a brief meditation or reflection.

Grief Circles will take place monthly and are open to individuals ages 18 and older.  

Sharing or participation is optional.

Grief Circles are donation based, a donation of $5-$20 is requested, pay as you are able. Pre-registration requested.
