Grief Walk offers an opportunity to engage in movement and be out in nature with others who are also processing grief. 

We will meet at the main entrance to Caroline Park in Redlands, CA. At the beginning of each walk, we will take time to introduce ourselves, what brings you to the group, and then the facilitator will provide an optional prompt for discussion and reflection as we walk. We will end each walk with a brief meditation or reflection. 

The group is open to anyone grieving any form of loss. Sharing about your personal grief experience is always optional. 

Pre-registration is required. In order to promote safety within the group, you will be asked to review and sign the group code of conduct before joining any of the walks. Dogs will not be permitted on the walks to remove any potential distractions.

The grief walk schedule will be posted on the website calendar. Dates, times and locations are subject to vary depending on the season of year. Please keep an eye out for last minute changes due to weather. You will be able to sign up for notications via email or text. 

Your first grief walk is free. If you would like to continue to join the walks you can sign up for a monthly subscription of $50/month or if you prefer you can pay $15 per walk using cash, venmo or zelle.
