Grief Walk is a grief support group that offers an opportunity for anyone who is processing grief to engage in movement and be out in nature with others who are also processing grief. Grief Walk was created for those who prefer to walk and talk or be outside. 

We will meet at the main entrance to Caroline Park in Redlands, CA. At the beginning of each walk, we will take time to introduce ourselves, and then I will provide an optional prompt for discussion and reflection as we walk. We will walk for approximately 45-50 minutes and then gather for the remaining 10-15 minutes on the lawn to conclude the walk with a brief meditation or reflection. 

The group is open to anyone grieving any form of loss. Sharing about your personal grief experience is always optional. In order to promote safety within the group, you will be asked to review and sign the group code of conduct before joining any of the walks. 

The grief walk schedule will be posted on the website calendar. Dates, times and locations are subject to vary depending on the season. Please keep an eye out for last minute changes due to weather. You will be able to sign up for notications via email or text. 

Your first grief walk is free. If you would like to continue to join the walks you can sign up for a monthly subscription of $50/month or you have the option to pay $15 per walk. You can pay online through the webside. We also accept payment in the form of cash, venmo or zelle.
